| To approach the injured mechanism of extremely fast decompression to the body, firstly,we established the animal model of a rat's lung injury caused by extremely fast decompression, approach the injured mechanism of extremely fast decompression to the lung on the basis of the influence of extremely fast decompression to the degree of lung injury, the sPLA2 mRNA expression in the lung tissue and the sPLA2 enzymatic activity in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Applying the TNF-αAb,neutalizing the bioactivity of the TNF-αin the rat body, study the role of TNF-αon the gene expression of groupⅡA sPLA2 mRNA in the rat lung tissue and the sPLA2 enzymatic activity in the BALF after extremely fast decompression. The experimental result indicates: Extremely fast decompression can lead to acute lung injury of a rat. The course of the rat lung injury caused by extremely fast decompression includes the mechanical injury early stage and the later infammatory injury stage.sPLA2 doesn't take an important action at the early stage of lung injury.TNF-αsignal path may be not the major regulating signal path of the expression of sPLA2-ⅡA mRNA in the rat lung tissue after extremely fast decompression. |
