Treatment Of Acetabular Fracture

Objective: To improve the effect of operative treatment of acetabular fractures by analyzing the clinical experiences in the treatment ,the factors influencing the reduction of the fractures and appropriate selection of operative approach. To observe the effect and influence of kidney invigoration and activate the blood on insulin like growth factor- 1 (IGF- 1)in fracture healing process in the rat. Methods: 18 patients with acetabular fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation in our department,with assistant of kidney invigoration and activate the,blood on insulin treatment. Result: All patients were followed up and the average period was 8 months(ranging from 6 to 12 months).Excellent results were found in 14 cases and good in 3 cases, and normal in 1 case. Conclusions: Surgical intervention is needed for displaced acetabular fractures. Surgeon's experience, the type of fracture, time to surgical treatment and choice for surgical approach are influencing clinical results of acetabular fractures, With assistant of Chinese medicine.
