| Objective: To approach the correlation between the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney yin and dysfunction of vascular endothelial cell. Methods: 40 patients with the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney yin and 40 healthy people as the normal control were selected. The level of NO in the blood was detected by nitric acid disoxidoassay, and the level of ET-1, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αwere estimated by radioimmuno- assay. Results: The level of NO and 6-Keto-PGF1αin blood of the patients with the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney yin were obviously lower than that of the normal control(P<0.01,P<0.05); the level of ET-1 and TXB2 in blood of the former group were significantly higher than that of the latter group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: There is correlation between the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney yin and dysfunction of vascular endothelial cell. |
