Objective:To explore the influence of Medicinal Vesiculation the Cellular Immunity in Adjuvant Arthritis Rats through making Rats model of adjuvant arthritis(AA)that are similar with the RA.Methods:Rats model of adjuvant arthritis(AA)were made and randomized into control group,model group,model and medicinal Vesiculation the acupoints Ming Men group,model and medicinal Vesiculation the acupoints Guan Yuan group.The inhibitory effects on acute paw edema were observed and the paw thick and the levels of serum IL-2 levels were determined in experimental rats.account the big rats Spleen,the thymus gland index number.To explore the influence of the acupoints Ming Men group,and the acupoints Guan Yuan Medicinal Vesiculation the Cellular Immunity in Adjuvant Arthritis Rats.Results:(1)Medicinal Vesiculation has inhibitory effects on acute paw edema and the paws thick compared with model group,But the differences between the two Vesiculation groups and between the model group have not significant factors.(2)The activities of IL-2 in the serum were significantly raised(3)The big rat the thymus gland index number were significantly raised.The big rat's Spleen index number was significantly decreased.But the differences between the two Vesiculation groups have not significant factors.(4)The guan Yuan are better than the Min Men group in the affection of IL-2 and the arthritis index number.The differences have significant factors(P＜0.05-0.0083).Conclusion: As far as the paws thick and the arthritis index number are concerned,medicinal Vesiculation of the acupoints Ming Men group,and the acupoints Guan Yuan have inhibitory effects on acute paw edema.It may raise the activities of IL-2 in the serum and the big rat's thymus gland index number and decrease the big rat's Spleen index number in order to protect the thymus gland and the Spleen.Moxibustion can improve the action of splenic lymphocyte activity.It has the same action as the antigenic immunifaction.Medicinal Vesiculation can obviously enhance and lure the secrete of IL-2 in the treatment of AA,moxibustion have positive immunoregulation affection in AA rats.Medicinal Vesiculation has significant affection to the Rats model of adjuvant arthritis(AA).
