Objective: Approach the differentc of using microsurgical technique by means of decompression and anterior transposition of the ulnaris nerve and convention non-microsurgical technique to explore the clinical effect of treating cubital tunnel syndrome(Curs). Methods: Use retrospective study analysis 163 cases of CuTs were treated by decompression and anterior transposition of the ulnaris nerve by using microsurgical technique and non-microsurgical technique in ouer hospitsl during 1999.08-2006.10 to curative the clinical effect. According to Yucong's classification denom gently 33 cases, midrange 51 cases, ponderosus 79 cases. Using microsurgical technique by means of decompression and anterior transposition of the ulnaris nerve 81cases, non- microsurgical technique 82 cases, subcutaneouly vancement 36 cases, deep part vancement 46 cases. Result: Follow-up 163 cases,08 mouths-7 years, average follow-up 3 years 10 mouths. According Macnicol's standards, to count scores by sings and symptoms, well:6 point,fine:3-5 point, approve: 1-2 point,bad:0 point. Statistics the data we made concultion that treating cubital tunnel syndrome(Curs) by using microsurgical technique and non-microsurgical technique has statistics difference, P<0.05; Using microsurgical technique by means of decompression and anterior transposition of the ulnaris nerve, selecting the position of vancement has non-statistice difference, P>0.05. Conclusion: Treating cubital tunnel syndrome(Curs) by using microsurgical technique better than using non- microsurgical technique; By using microsurgical technique there is same clinical effect of treating cubital tunnel syndrome(Curs) in subcutaneoul and deep partvancement.
