The medicine can activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis andactivating blood to promote menstruation. Carthamus tinctorius L.was used to treatvascular hypertension, coronary artery disease and hyperlipemia in clinical researchthese years. The components of flavone is the active parts of Safflower. The articlecarried on the related research on the technology of abstraction anddepurate, fingerprints spectrum, components analysis and chemical composition ofCarthamus tinctorius L.In this article, four Chemical composition was found in the extract of Carthamustinctorius by solvent and chromatography methods. Hydroxysafflor yellow A,kaempferol, quercetin are the mostly components of flavone. The research isbeneficial to the further research of the withdraw technology and quality control ofSafflower. The extraction technology was investigated and the reliable parameters were gotin this article. The author carried on some research of total flavones by macroporousresin through orthogonal tests and choose the best one to purified it in Carthamustinctorius.Pharmacological research showed the mainly active fraction is total flavones inCarthamus tinctorius. The fingerprints on total flavones in extract of Carthamustinctorius was studied by HPLC, with the result that 15 peaks were assigned commonpeak in the spectrum which were separated well in 60 minutes. The method isstable, well repeated and may offer abundant scientific basis for the quality evaluationof extract from Carthamus tinctorius. The hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus tinctorius L.from different places wereexamined, the analysis methods were well repeated and had good credibility. Theresearch can effectively control the quality of Safflower and would be good for the guidance of GAP. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Carthamus tinctorius L., Total flavonoids, Orthogonal experiment, HPLC, Fingerprints, Chemical composition, Structure determination | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
