Clinical Study On The Prostecdtive Efficacy With Combined Surgical Treatment Of Dislocated Lens

Objective:To observe the prostecdtive efficacy with combined surgical treatment of dislocated lens.Evaluated the feasibility and advance of the combined treatment.Methods:Retrospectiv study 61 cases 65 eyes with combined surgerical treatment of dislocated lens from the year March.1999 to October.2005 in ophthalmology department of the first affiliated hospital,Gungxi medical university.The intraocular pressure,vision variation and complications within and after surgericaI.Observation time from 6 months to 48 months.Results:The best correction vision(BCV)have improved in 65 eyes in combined treatment,the vision form light to 1.2 in the latest patient follow-up from 6 to 48 months(mean time 15 months).59 eyes vision has improved obviousily(90.77%),and 6 eyes unchanged(9.23%).45 eyes(69.23%)BCV＞0.1,and 29 eyes(44.62%)BCV＞0.3,17 eyes(26.15%)BCV＞0.8,even 5 eyes BCV reached 1.2.No severity complications appeared within and after surgical in combined treatment.Conclusion:The combined surgical treatment of dilocated lens is safe,efficient and advance,the satisfactory acuity can be achieved and decread the complications with surgical.
