The Significance Of The Expression Of Survivin,bcl-6 And On The Prognosis Of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma

objective To explore the expression and the clinical significance of survivin,bc1-6 protein in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Method The expression of survivin and bc1-6 in tumor smples were examined by immunohistochemical supervision ^TMmethod.The response to therapy and the survival data were analyzed according to the expression or not of the two parameters.Result In these 52 patients,expression rate of survivin and bc1-6 were 63.5%(33/52),38.5%(19/52).There had no significance between the BCL and TCL(the rate was 63%/64%,p=0.64).The expression rate of survivn between FL and DLBCL had no significance(the rate was58.3%/78.6%,p=0.25)。The expression rate of bc1-6 between BCL and TCL had significance(the rate was 44%/9%,p=0.03),But there had no significance between FL and DLBCL(the rate was 42.9%/58.3%,p=0.35).The response rate of chemotherapy in negative /positive group of survivin and bc1-6 in DLBCLwere 42.9%/80%,57%/60%, The two result survivin has no obviously statistics difference(p=0.13,0.24). The average survival time in negative group/ positive group were 73.4 months/38 months for survivin,p=0.04;43.7months/68.1 months for bc1-6,p =0.08.;only the result of survivin has significance.The average survivial time and 5 year survival rate in survivin/bc1-6 double positive and double negative were 27.8%/61.5%,32.7 months/55.2months,the two differnce have obviously statistical significance.Conclusion The expression of survivin was correlation to the response for chemotherapy is uncertain.The expression of bc1-6 as an index has significance on judging NHL originated from T cell or B cell.It is uncertain for predict the response to chemethrapy and survival.Combination the expression of survivin and bc1-6 may be a valueable reference index on judging the prognosis of NHL.
