The Influence Factors Analysis Of Blood Pressure Related In Adult Dalian Residents

This paper's research purpose is to discuss the relationship of body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, step index with blood pressure in adult of Dalian residents.This work adopt the method of random sample.We measured the group's high,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,step index and pressure, then figure out the body mass index,waist-hip ratio, step index. Apply SPSS11.0 statistical software package statistics analysis all datum, such as means,standard deviations,independent-samples t test,one-way ANOVA. The research result of this work: the Dalian adult's body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, step index and blood pressure increase with age. The different groups of men's and women's body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio have a close relationship with blood pressure level and hypertension sicken rate, the blood pressure and hypertension sicken rate increase with body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio increase. The different groups of men's and women's blood pressure level and hypertension sicken rate increase with step index decrease,but not evidence.In different index of different groups ,men's blood pressure level and hypertension sicken rate both higher than women's. The conclusion of this work: The each index have a close relation with age in adult of Dalian residents. The Dalian adult's blood pressure level and hypertension sicken rate increase with body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio increase and step index decrease. The body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio form the primarily dangerous factor to high blood pressure. When male's and female's body mass index＞23 and/or male waist circumference≥85cm(female≥80cm)and/or male waist-hip ratio≥0.9(female≥0.85),both blood pressure level and hypertension sicken rate increase dramatically.
