| The splicing of pre-mRNA is not only an exact and universal process in the nucleus, but also the natural source of the cancer gene expression. Some splicing forms have especial fondness for the cancer, and some splicing forms have especial fondness for the special tissue. In resent years, there are many experiment data, indicating that the alternative splicing could result in cancer. Therefore, the research of gene control forms is very important for analyzing gene function and control forms, forecasting different splicing forms of one gene and preventing the disease. In the previous work, they have research the single cancer gene, but the development of experiment data ask to make the statistical work for collectivity. In this paper, based on the alternative splicing database (ASAP, Alternative Splicing Annotation Projection) , we got the alternative splicing database with especial fondness for cancer and tissue in human genome and calculated the multiple bases' frequency around splicing site. The significant differences between the cancer and tissue especial fondness splicing and normal splicing were tested by the F test. The results shown that some sets have significant differences P<0.05 or very significant difference P<0.01. Base on the results, we also predicted the cancer fondness splicing and made some theoretical discussion to prevent and cure the disease. |
