| Objective To observe the alteration of anti-inflammatory cytokines(IL-4)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF,IL-1_β)in acute pancreatitis.Methods(1)Wistar female rats were divided into 2 groups:group 1,the normal rats as a control;group 2,the acute pancreatitis induced by intraductal injection of 5%sodium cholate sulfur with the volume of 1.0 ml/kg。The animals were killed 6 hours after operation,the blood in artery samples were taken for measurement of IL-4,TNF,IL-1_β.The pancreatic tissue were also observed.(2)The blood in vein samples were taken out from the patient of the acute pancreatitis and the convalescene for measurement of IL-4,TNF,IL-1_β.Results(1)Serum IL-4 in group 2 were 0.8775±0.25107 ng/ml,in group 1 were 0.6392±0.17799 ng/ml respectively.The difference of the two groups significantly(p=0.004).(2) Serum IL-1_βin group 2 were 0.085±0.04327 ng/ml,TNF were 1.058±0.8490 ng/ml.There is negative correlativity between the IL-4 and IL-1_β,TNF.(3)The IL-4 in the patitent of acute pancreatitis is 1.6146±0.4793ng/ml;the nomal is 1.2763±0.35804ng/ml.The difference of the two groups significantly(p=0.004).(4)The IL-1_βin the patitent of acute pancreatitis is 0.1143±0.05547ng/ml;TNF is 1.6821±0.44037ng/ml.There is negative correlativity between the IL-4 and IL-1_β,TNF.(5)The change of pancreas in naked eye and microscope:There is obviously dropsy and bleeding pointly and putrescence in group Ap;The cell of pancreas have a lot of vacuole and inflammative cells in the tissue,the gland have a putrescence pointly or more,and bleeding in somewhere,such exhibition will aggravation followed the course of diseases.Conclusion:There is figure out that the IL-4 will have correlativity with the state of acute pancreatitis by the test of animals and compared the patitent of acute pancreatitis with the nomal. There is negative correlativity between the IL-4 and IL-1_β,TNF,so it can judge the state of pancreatitis as a kind of anti-inflammatory cytokines. |
