The Study On The Factor Analysis Of Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

ObjectiveTo study the related clinical factor of Yin-deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure, and elucidate the importance of Yin-deficiency syndrome to the occurrence, development and prognosis of heart failure.Method148 cases that had been confirmed to be CHF were from the medical records room or ward with the patients'clinical symptoms, signs and related results, and all the collected cases were saved and managed by certain data base software. The cases were divided into three or two groups: the typical Yin-deficiency syndrome, the Non typical Yin-deficiency syndrome, Non Yin-deficiency syndrome; or Yin—deficiency syndrome and Non Yin—deficiency syndrome. The cases were underwent Chi-square test, ANOVA, Logistic regression, Discriminant analysis to compare each other or set statistic equation.Results①The incidence of average CHF was 51.9%,and serious CHF was 44.4% in the typical Yin-Deficiency syndrome, and the incidence of average CHF was the highest (72.5%) in the Non typical Yin-deficiency syndrome. Witch showed that the Yin-deficiency syndrome often happened with average or serious CHF cases.②The Yin-Deficiency syndrome related nearly with cardiac function grade, the typical Yin-deficiency syndrome cases most happened with cardiac function gradeⅣ, the Non typical Yin deficiency syndrome most appeared with cardiac function gradeⅢ, and the Yin-Deficiency syndrome rarely appeared with cardiac function gradeⅡ;though the Non-Yin deficiency syndrome mostly appear with cardiac function gradeⅢ, the Non Yin-deficiency syndrome had more cardiac function gradeⅡcases than Yin-Deficiency syndrome cases, witch clue to that cardiac function gradeⅢ,Ⅳcases mostly took part in The Yin-Deficiency syndrome cases.③Through Logistic regression, research showed that The lower the examination results of Haemoglobin and EF was becoming, The higher risk of the occurrence ratio of Yin-Deficiency syndrome was.④Through Logistic Regression, research showed the nearly related Yin-Deficiency symptoms as follows: wu hou chao re, dao han, wu xin fan re, kou gan, yan zao, da bian mi jie, xiao bian duan chi, she hong, shao tai, wu tai, mai xi, mai shou, witch corresponded with the diagnostic criteria of dialectic concept of Yin-Deficiency syndrome, but these symptoms had different intensity, though setting Logistic regression function equation, which showed that kou gan, da bian mi jie, xiao bian duan chi, she hong, mai xi had more important and strong effects on Yin-deficiency syndrome than others.⑤Establishing Discriminant function equation to help quickly catching hold of essence of Yin-deficiency syndrome.ConclusionThrough the clinic research, we concluded that the related clinical factors of Yin-Deficiency Syndrome of Chronic Heart Failure were Haemoglobin, EF, cardiac function grade, and proved that Yin-deficiency syndrome were the same meanings to the yin-deficiency syndrome on the processes of occurrence, development of heart failure; on account of cases lacking, these conclusion need more deeply research.
