The Clinical Study Of Yu Yang Zhi Xue Jiao To Treat Dodecadactylon Ball Headquarter Ulcer Bleeding

[Objective] :Observe the effect of Yu Yang Zhi XueJiao to treat the curative effect bleeding of dodecadactylon ball headquarter ulcer sprinkling by gastroscope combining with taking the medicine, discuss it's effect mechanism .[Methods] :In the clinical study, totally 60 patients accord with standard were collected. They were randomly divided into two groups, one is the contrast group and the other is cure group. After being in hospital, they were all gaven complement liquid, corrected water electrolyte chaos, driped relieving hyperacidity medicine quietly. Furthermore, the patients in cure group were sprinkled Yu Yang Zhi Xue JiaoⅠ10-20ml to the bleeding location under the gastroscope, and taking Yu Yang Zhi Xue JiaoⅡ50ml four times, before having every meal and going to bed. Using the medicine period, we observe and record the symptom,body characteristic,hematemesis or hemafecia condition. The cure group also need to record the reactive bad occurrence rate of the abdominal pain,the diarrhea,nauseated and vomity after using the medicine. Before and after using the medicine, we collect the vein blood to observe the changes of liver function (ALT,AST,GGT),kidney function (BUN,UA,CREA),cardiac muscle enzyme(CK,LDH). All the patients were examined by gastroscope after 5 days and the treatment were completed then.[Results] : Compared the total clinical curative effect, the effective rate of the two groups was 96.77% and 79.31%,the recovering rate of the two was 64.52% and 37.93%. the differences of 2 groups was obvious (p＜0.05), the cure group treatment was superior to another group treatment. Compared the curative effect by using the gastroscope, there were significant differences among 2 groups (p＜0.05), the effective rate of the two groups was 93.55% and 72.41%,the recovering rate of the two was 41.94% and 17.24%, and the cure group treatment was also superior to another group treatment. During the treatment period, no one happened serious bad reaction.[Conclusion] : By sprinkling the Yu Yang Zhi Xue Jiao through gastroscope and taking the Yu Yang Zhi Xue Jiao, the treatment to the bleeding of dodecadactylon ball headquarter ulcer had definite curative effect. Not only it could improve clinical symptoms, but also it could speed up stanching bleeding, shorten heal time of dodecadactylon ball headquarter ulcer. The mechanism is connected with effecting directly ulcer by Yu Yang Zhi Xue Jiao. It maybe could form protection film on the lesion location, fall off gastric acid corroding, accelerate the form of the thrombus.
