In this paper transducer technology, information process technology, virtual instrument technology and computer graphics are used to describe pulse information in three-dimensional mode. Modern technology is combined with traditional Chinese Medicine. In this way pulse diagnoses is carried by electronics equipments. In this paper several kinds of pulse are analyzed by FFT (Fast Fourier Transform). And pulse mathematic description from signal process point of view is analyzed. In my opinion, pulse signal is up to Dirichlet in little time. It can be described by Fourier series. On base of this thought pulse signal is separated into DC and AC. DC and AC are used as two parameters to describe pulse signal. A new method using three-dimension graph is explored to describe pulse characters. This method is not real-time method, and used to describe the change of pulse. In this method pulse collection system is designed. The whole system includes signal process board, transducers, collection & control module and collection platform. In this paper the structure and design method of every parts are discoursed. Experiments are carried by this system, and some pulse graphs are analyzed in traditional Chinese Medicine analysis method. Two pulse graphs are produced to explain the way of collecting graphs and to conclude physiological characters of those graphs. By experiments, the conclusion could be made. This system can describe change of pulse signal, and conclude the physiological characters. Our job includes pulse analysis in the view of signal process; analysis the method of collection; design and debugging of every parts of system; and the connection between graphs and physiological characters. It has several innovation points in the paper. A method of using three-dimension graphs to describe the characters of pulse signals is brought forward. Using this method a new system is designed.
