Chemiluminescence analysis is a kind of method which uses Chemiluminescence to determine chemical substance. This kind of method was proved to be highly sensitive. This kind of instrument has some merits such as cheap, convenient to take, easy to handle and fast detection speed. This method has been researched in much arrears, it is showed more and more potential.Macrolide Antibiotic has been used widely, in long term actual application; people found that this kind of drug has liver toxicity. Some side effects of roxithromycin and azithromycin have been gradually found. Adverse Reaction of macrolide antibiotic: liver toxicity, effects on the vestibular system, allergic reaction, gastrointestinal reaction, local stimulation, inhibition on the metabolism of theophylline, some drugs can penetrate placenta and get into fetal blood. For control the quality of macrolide antibiotic, the determination of macrolide antibiotic is a research hot spot, but there is not so much on it by chemiluminescence. This dissertation has researched four kinds of macrolide antibiotic by chemiluminescence and CE-ECL. This study has theoretical and practical meaning on the determination of macrolide antibiotic.Chemiluminescence analysis is a kind of method which uses Chemiluminescence to determine chemical substance. This kind of method was proved to be highly sensitive. This kind of instrument has some merits such as cheap, convenient to take, easy to handle and fast detection speed. This method has been researched in much arrears, it is showed more and more potential.Besides this, we also investigated new methods for determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride (Be applicable to Hyperkinetic Syndrome of Children) based on Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system, HPLC and UV-spectrophotometry method.1. Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system determined tylosin.Based on Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system, a new method for determination of tylosin was investigated. The system responds linearly to tylosin concentration in the range of 0.5~50.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.05 mg/L. This system has been successfully applied to the determination of tylosin in tylosin for Injection.2. Ce (IV)-Ru(bpy)32+ system determined tilmicosin phosphateBased on Ce (IV)-Ru(bpy)32+ system, a new method for determination of tilmicosin phosphate was investigated. The system responds linearly to tilmicosin phosphate concentration in the range of 0.5~20.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.05 mg/L. This system has been successfully applied to the determination of tilmicosin phosphate in synthesis sample.3. Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system determined clarithromycin.Based on Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system, a new method for determination of clarithromycin was investigated. The system responds linearly to clarithromycin concentration in the range of 20.0~ 100.0 mg/L, with a detection limit of 15.0 mg/L. This system has been successfully applied to the determination of clarithromycin in tablets.4. Capillary Electrophoresis-Electrochemiluminescence (CE-ECL) determined azithromycinBased on CE-ECL, a new method for determination of azithromycin was investigated. Thesystem responds linearly to azithromycin concentration in the range of2×10-6~3.0×0-5mol/L, R =0.9998, with a detection limit of 2.7×10-7 mol/L. We have successfully applied used this system to the determination of azithromycin in capsules.5. Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system determined atomoxetine hydrochloride.Based on Ce(IV)-Na2SO3 system, a new method for determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride was investigated. The system responds linearly to atomoxetine hydrochloride concentration in the range of 5.0×10-5g/L~5.0×10-3g/L, R = 0.9991; RSD = 1.95% (n=11) with a detection limit of 2.0×10-5 g/L.6. HPLC method determined atomoxetine hydrochloride.Based on HPLC, a new method for determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride was investigated. The system responds linearly to atomoxetine hydrochloride concentration in the range of 8~80μg/mL, R = 0.9999, RSD=0.41 % (n=6) .7. UV spectrophotometry method determined atomoxetine hydrochloride.Based on UV spectrophotometry, a new method for determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride was investigated. The system responds linearly to atomoxetine hydrochloride concentration in the range of 0.0400 g/L~0.2000 g/L, R = 0.9999.These three systems have been successfully applied to the determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride in capsules.
