With the development of reformation of the medical system and the open of the medical service market, hospital, once to be pure warfare business unit, has been pushed to face market gradually. To survive and develop, facing the more complicated and changefully economy, society, politics, technology, law and ethic environment, hospital must fully realize its own advantage and bad situation, the opportunity and challenge that face, must to be managed with strategically concept.Hospital urgent needs to address the issue how to design a suitable development strategy to guide public hospitals to gain an advantage in competition, and greater, more long-term development. In this paper, based on the specific circumstances of Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University, the development strategy made to meet the competition help establish its long-term competitive advantages for the further development of security.
