Object: The tumor occurrence and the cellular immunity function concern lowly. Has the vital role in organism cellular immunity and the humoral immunity induction. Many studies showed T lymph cell is the key during body immune reaction .Tumor may form if body immune function decrease or immune monitor and clearance can't find it out . The transcription activity of T lymph cell's rDNA may decrease, caused by inhibiting cytokine in the serum of patients with tumor.The result is T lymph cell protein synthesis and body immune function inhibited. Moreover, in the tumor patient blood serum appears the suppression germ cell factor causes in the T lymph cell nucleus the ribosome deoxyribonucleic acid rDNA duplication activeness to drop, then has suppressed the T lymphocyte protein synthesis, namely suppression organism immunity function; Next, tumor patient cell cycle multiplication activeness and the normal person compare, as a result of the patient immunity function change, its activeness will also be able to have the corresponding change. Thus ,it is one of import content of the tumor diagnostic immunology how to evaluate accurately organism immune state .Choice scientific, effective examination tumor patient immunity function condition method and target, is always the general scholar extremely matter of concern. Through the monitor and clinical Significance of the immunity function in the ambi-operation or ambi-chems stage with thoracic malignant tumor, we plan to direct the way of the clinical applicable medicative.Methods: 119 randomly allocated thoracic malignant tumor patients , the all patients were devided into two groups: operation group( 85case, esophageal carcinoma patient 41case, lung carcinoma patient 44 case), chems group(34case) . The medication group was the convention post-operation medication or the convention chems medication and thymic peptide 150mg, the control group was the convention post-operation medication or the convention chems medication and thymic peptide 150mg . The operation group were devided medication group(41case) and control group (44case ), the chems group were devided medication group(19case) and control group (15case ).The operation was devided preoperative 1 day,post-operative 1day,3day,5day,7day,10day; the chems was devided pre-chems 1day,post-chems 1day,3day,5day adopted differently the patient peripheral venous blood .To utilize the technique of Flow cytometry detected T lymphocyte subgroups of the peripheral venous blood , generation cell and DNA ploid of the lung carcinoma tumor cell and cancer side normal tissue ,to use the immunity image analysis system from the gene duplication level the quantitative analysis chest malignant tumor Ag-NORs (argyophilic nucleolur organizer region proteins),at the same time to detect lencocyte count . The statistical analysis was performed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software (SPSS12.0). To analysis the difference within the before and after the ambi-operation or ambi chems stage, we used Randomizered Block Design ;and used Repeated measure ANOVA between dofferent groups at the ambi-operation or ambi chems stage; for the T lymphocyte subgroups with natural killer cell and Ag-NORs used linear correlated , the associativity of generation cell and DNA ploid same as above. the associativity of peripheral blood lymphocyte with T lymphocyte subgroups , natural killer cell and Ag-NORs used linear correlated .Results are presented as (?x±S), P value<0.05 was considered statistically significant, P value<0.01 was considered statistically significant highly.Results: 1 The influence of opening chest exploratory operation to T lymphocyte subgroups,natural killer and Ag-NORs the tumor patients: the result of the T lymphocyte subgroups among the tumor patients T lymphocyte subgroups(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) was significant highly between the before and after operation (P<0.01),as well post-operative 1day was the lowest, thenceforce recovered slowly, the post-operative 10 day was recovered before operation level. The CD56 was significant highly between the before and after operation (P<0.01), it was fall-off from the beginning the post-operative 1 day, post-operative 7day was the lowest, the post-operative 10 day was not recovered the pre-operation level. The consequence of the I.S% was significant highly between the before and after operation (P<0.01), as well post-operative 1day was the lowest, thenceforce recovered slowly the pre-operation level rearch to post-operation 5 day. The consequence of the blood convention was significant highly between the before and after operation (P<0.01),neutrophil of the post-operaton 1 day was the highest, thenceforce recovered slowly the pre-operation level rearch to post-operation 5 day . Lymphocyte was alike with the CD3's change.2 The descend extent of the medication group immune function was lower obviously than the control among the operation group(P<0.05).3 T lymphocyte subgroups was not correlated with natural killer cell but the Ag-NORs. At the blood convention, the lymphocyte was not correlated with natural killer cell and the Ag-NORs, but T lymphocyte subgroups.4 In the the chems group, the result of the T lymphocyte subgroups among the tumor patients T lymphocyte subgroups(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) was significant highly between the before and after chems (P<0.01), as well post-operative 1 day was the lowest, thenceforce recovered slowly, the post-chems 5 day was recovered the pre-chems level. The proliferation index and DNA ploid of tumor cell with the T lymphocyte subgroups and Ag-NORs was negative correlation ,not nature killer cell.Conclusions: 1 The immunological function of the T lymphocyte subgroups (CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) was changed at the before and after operation. The post-operation 1 day value was the lowest. The T lymphocyte subgroups (CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) of the tumor patients was significant highly(P<0.01),and the post-operative 1 day value was the lowest, post-operative 10 day was recovered normal still. The immunitity transcribe activity of the tumor patient was descended , as well the post-operative 1 day value was the lowest. The lymphocyte in the blood convention was alike with the T lymphocyte subgroups CD3'change . To utilize immunopotentiating drug had advantage to the control group ,so we need to study and research the immunization drug to reinforce ourself. The lymphocyte in the blood convention was equal to the T lymphocyte subgroups and Ag-NORs,not to the natural killer.2 In the the chems group , The change of T lymphocyte subgroups,the Ag-NORs and natural killer cell was lower than the before chems. The medication group supassed to the control group .3 The proliferation activity of the lung carcinoma proliferation index and DNA ploid was higher than the cancer sider tissue. The proliferation index and DNA ploid of tumor cell with the T lymphocyte subgroups and Ag-NORs was negative correlation.
