Studies On The Health And Influencing Factor Of The High-level Cadres And Aristocracy In YinCHuan Region

The Leading cadre and aristocracy cause a series of health problem because of the long work slumped over a desk,lack of the sports,and unproper diet on the all kinds of social activities. Simultaneously, with age, quinquagenarian Leading cadre, the metabolic action of the body would reduce and arrearage. Gradual deterioration of all tissues, cells, or organs with corresponding impairment or loss of function, caused aging hormones of the body and their related disorders. All kinds of the hormones of the body was dyssecretosis, lacking the ability to resist disease, the above-mentioned are the intrinsic factor pathogenesis.Most the common diseases and the frequently encountered disease of the Leading cadre are the life style disease,for example , the hypertension, the coronary heart disease, the diabetes mellitus hyperlipoidemia and so on,and with aging, illness frequency rate and illness number is upwardly mobile.disease of metabolism and angiocardiopathy-cerebrovascular disease, these chronicly communicable disease have become the main disease of the health hazard in the leading cadre and aristocracy. In 2002,2004,2006,we were in a healthy examination of the 102 Leading cadres over deputy director and aristocracys in the state organs, public institution, university and research unit in YnCHuann region,we compared and analyzed the results of the physical check- up three times. We found out the dynamic variation and the influencing factor of the state of the desease and the health, to lay foundation through the explore the service model and the precautions correspond with the locally practical situation.Objective: To finding and grasping the dynamic variation and the influencing factor of the state of the desease and the health of the cadres in YinCHuan region,revealing the disease list and the influencing factors,provide the foundation to explore the service model and to carry out the pointed precautions correspond with the locally practical situation.Methods: Adopted the means of the cluster sampling, we had been in a healthy examination of the same group three times in 5 years, we use the morbidity , the kinds and the numbers of the chronic disease as the term to make a portrait comparison analysis,take the method combined the questionnaire and healthy examination to get the data, use the common statistical package SPSS12.0 version to do statistical analysis, x~2 test in the comparison among groups, multivariate analysis in the Logistic regression analysis.Results: The number of examinable people is 1991,2181,2528 respectively In 2002,2004,2006, the total illness frequency rate increased with years,rate is 93.0%,93.4%,95.3% respectively.The crowd proportion that suffered from one disease or two diseases decreaed with years,at the same time,the crowd proportion that suffered from three diseases and more increaed with years, there is significant difference(P<0.01). The illness frequency rate of the different ages is different, difference is significant (P<0.01),and with the age,the illness frequency rate increased. the illness frequency rate is significant difference(P<0.01) between the different sex,and between the different profession,male morbidity is higher than the female morbidity, the morbidity of the leading cadre is higher than one of the orthometric elevation aristocracy. The morbidity between the different nationality is not significant difference(P>0.05). The hyperlipemia, adiposis hepatica, hypertension, cholecystitis, hyperglycemia and hepatic cyst,those diseases are the main disease that threaten the health of those crowds. The multivariate analysis in the Logistic regression analysis demonstrate the correlative factor with the hypertension is:age,obesity , hyperlipemia , hyperglycemia and so on. The correlative factor with the hyperglycemia is: age, obesity, hypertension.Conclusion: In the past five years,the state of health of leading cadre and the orthometric elevation aristocracy deseased with years, manifested in the significant increase of the chronic illness morbidity, the significant increase of chronic illness kinds,for this crowd, we should start healthy education ,change the unhealthy behavior and life style, organize periodic health examination,to get the early discovery.
