Object: To observe the effect of bcl-2 in nude mice model of humanbreast cancer while neoplasm and dose-dense and regular chemotherapy.Method: The experiment based on nude mice model of MCF-7Bthat bcl-2 overexpressed and MCF-7 that bcl-2 normal expressed, toobserve the difference between the models. The expression of bcl-2 wasdetected by immunohistochemical technique after dose-dense chemo-therapy and regular chemotherapy, and tries to detect the relationshipbetween the bcl-2 and the therapeutic.Results:1.The tumors of the MCF-7B's are significantly smaller than theMCF-7's.2.The tumors are smaller in therapeutic group, especially in thedose-dense group of MCF-7B.The inhibit rate are higher in MCF-7Bgroup,and obvious in the dose-dense group.3.The bcl-2 is decreased in MCF-7B group, especially indose-dense group and so in the dose-dense group of MCF-7 by immuno-histochemical technique.Conclusion:1.Overespression of bcl-2 could be a indices of dose-densechemotherapy2. Overespression of bcl-2 could indicate better prognosis.3. Dose-dense chemotherapy is better than regular chemotherapy inbreast cancer of this experiment.
