We've studied the knowledge of Mordern Medicine and Traditional ChineseMedicine(TCM) of primary hepatic carcinoma of the liver. Then we discussed the basic and significance of the research.Objection:To obsever the therapeutic efficacy of Sodium Cantharidiniate and VitaminB6 Injection in treating medium or late stage PHC.Methods:62 patients with stageⅡ-ⅢPHC were divided randomly into two groups. In treated group(as Group A), 32 patients would be treated with Sodium Cantha-ridiniate and VitaminB6 Injection alone. In controlled group(as Group B), 30 patients would be treated with Huachan diachesis injection alone. The therapeutic efficancy of the two groups were evaluated after one cource (3 weeks) of treatment. Results:There is no significant difference between Group Aand Group B in the remission of symptoms such as ache in liver, pyrexia, meteorism, anorexia (P>0. 05), but the two groups are all have a litter effect in them. Two groups have a good effect in stabilize the tumor, but there is no significant difference between them (P<0.05). The two have no significant difference in alterations and etc. To decrease the AFU, the two groups are all have a good effection (P<0.01), there is no significant difference between them (P>0. 05). The two groups are all had some help to the patient's life. There is no effection on the patient's heart, and the two groups have no significant difference (P>0. 05). In addition, Sodium Cantha-ridiniate and VitaminB6 Injection had some adverse reactiont, such asdecreasing NEU (5 case 15.63%), HGB (5 case 15.63%), PLT (1 case 3. 1%), and constipation (2 case 6.3%), meteorism (6 case 18.8%), all the adverse reactions could disappear or alleviate after they wre dealed with, these symptoms had no effection on continuing therapy and can reverse after stopping the drug. Conclusion: Sodium Cantharidiniate and VitaminB6 Injection have some effect in the remission of symptoms, stabilize the tumor, and getting a better Karnofsky score, decreasing the AFU, compare with Huachan diachesis injection, there is no significant differences in any treatments.
