Curative Effect Research Of Nourishing Yin And Alleviating Water With Putting Ascites And Inputting Albumen Through Vein In Curing Refractory Ascites Of Liver And Kidney Yin Asthenia

Refractory ascites is a serious pathogenetic condition, which has a bad curative effect and a serious influence on life quality of the patient.Chinese traditional medicine consider that because of many reasons in the late time of the Refractory ascites, the patients always display a syndrome of liver and kidney yin asthenia accompanying with dampness and pathogenic water. So we should nourish yin of liver and kidney when we are alleviating water retention to drive away evil. There are many reports saying that using the method of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention can get good effects in healing Refractory ascites.Yi guan decoctum comes from the book《Xu Ming Yi Lei An》, which can nourish liver and kidney yin. In the decoctum the herbs of rehmannia,barbary wolfberry fruit nourish liver and kidney yin and the herbs of root of straight ladybell,ophiopogonis tuber,angelica can benefit yin and support blood and gentle liver and nourish yin and culvert yang and the herbs of chuling alleviating water without injuring yin, which is always elected in the treating of yin deficiency of liver and kidney with water retention. After emitting ascites inputting albumen through vein can curing ascites quickly and safely, but which can't has the same good effect as the patient whose ascites is formed primarily,and the ascites will appear repeatedly with a bad liver function.There are many reports indicating that the therapy of combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine has a better effection than the therapy of Chinese Traditional Medicine or the therapy of Western Medicine, which can not only cure the ascites but also improve Liver function and organism function. The topic wants to incorporate the therapy of Western Medicine of emitting ascites and inputting albumen through vein and the therapy of Chinese Traditional Medicine of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention to improve the patient's life quality.Method: Patients were randomly divided into 32 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group according to the sequence. Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine, which was the combination of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention and inputting albumen. Western routine therapy was used in the control group, which was alleviating water retention and inputting albumen. The improvement of clinical symptom scores and liver function class and abdomen circumference and weight and indexes of liver function were observed before and after treatment. Through this way can we work over the function of the therapy of combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine has a better effect than the therapy of Western Medicine.Result:1. Clinical study appeared that the two therapies had no distinct difference in effective power,but had difference in excellence power;2. After the treatment, the two therapies'clinical symptom scores,abdomen circumference,weight,ALT,AST,TB and ALB of the treatment group are lower than the control group's, while ALB,PTA are higher,and the differences have statistic's significance;3. After the first course of the treatment, both of the two group's clinical symptom scores,abdomen circumference and weight all cut down comparing to before the treatment, and the differences have statistic's significance. The treatment group's ALT,AST and TB are lower comparing to before the treatment, and the differences have statistic's significance, but the control group are not. 4. After the second course of the treatment, both of the two group's clinical symptom scores cut down comparing to first course of the treatment, and the differences have statistic's significance. The treatment group's abdomen circumference and weight rise up comparing to first course of the treatment, while the control group's rise up, and the differences had statistic's significance. The treatment group's ALT,AST and TB cut down comparing to first course of the treatment, and the differences had statistic's significance, but the ALT,AST and TB of the control group had no differences comparing to first course of the treatment and before the treatment. 5. After the treatment, The treatment group' ALB and PTA rise up comparing to before the treatment, and the differences had statistic's significance, but not the control group's.Conclusion: The combination of the therapy of Chinese Traditional Medicine of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention and inputting albumen through vein has a better effect than the therapy of Western Medicine of emitting ascites and inputting albumen through vein in relive the patients' clinical symptoms and improving the liver function. When the combination of the therapy of Chinese Traditional Medicine of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention and inputting albumen improve the clinic symptoms,it can also improve the liver function which is reflected in ALT,AST,TB,ALB,PTA, improve the liver function unceasing, stabilize the patient's ALB, and improve the patient's blood clotting function to relive the patient's economic tension and the complication such as bleed to establish the curative effect foundation in the long time.
