Study Of Xiangdan Injection For The Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective Compare the different change of the integral calculus of symptom and biochemi indexes that including rheology of blood,Scr,BUN,Ccr of the two groups with random and contrast medthod. To observe the effect of Ziangdan injection for the blood stasis syndrome of Chronic renal failure (CRF). Xiangdan injection being used for CRF is a characteristic of TCM and could develop the therapy of TCM.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly to two groups named treated group and control group, each group was composed by 30 cases. Both groups were treated by the same basic western medicine, in addition, the treated group was injected with xiangdan, and the course of treatment was eight weeks. We observed the change of the biochemi indexes before the treatment and after eight weeks.Results1. The total curative effective rate of the treated group was 86.67%, which was more higher than that of the control group(60%)after therapy, and the difference between them is significant(P＜0.05).2. The total effective rate of the treated group was 83.33%, 26.66% higher than that of the control group with the remarkable significant difference(P＜0.05) on the side of improving the symptoms of the chronic primary glomerulonephritis.3. The integral calculus of symptoms of both groups decreased with different degrees. The curative effect of treated group is superior to contrast group in the symptom(P＜0.05). It had no difference between the two groups after therapy in some symptom(P＞0.05).4. TG and CHOL in both groups decreased with different degrees after therapy, which had remarkable significance before therapy(P＜0.01). The change of the treated group was more significant than that of the control group(P＜0.05).5. The treated group's BUN,Scr dropped more significant than that of the contrast group(P＜0.01 and P＜0.O5); Ccr increased remarkably on the contrast with the contrast group after therapy(P＜0.05).6. The level of RBC,Hgb increased remarkably on the contrast with the contrast group after therapy(P＜0.05). FIB decreased more remarkably than that of the contrast group after therapy(P＜0.05).Conclusions Xiangdan injection had great impaction on relieving the symptoms and improving biologic indexes of patients of CRF. It indicates that the therapy of TCM has advantage on treating blood stasis syndrome of CRF.
