| ?objective To observe the osteogenesis of the composite of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2(rhBMP-2) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the healing process of the massive cortical Xenograft and to dicuss the feasibility in repairing of the massive defects and its mechanism. Methods The 2.Omm segmental bone defects were created on left radius in Forty-eight healthy New Zealand rabbits and were divided into three groups randomly . Group A received 40IUbFGF+10mgPVP+0.5mgrhBMP2/ cortical Xenograft, group B: 10mgPVP/ cortical Xenograft , and nothing were implants to group C . the defects were examined radiographically,tetracycline-lable treacing,Chinese ink perfusion, histologically at 4, 8, 12 weeks separately post-operation.Result cortical bone was activated at 4-week and osteosynthesis site healed at 8-week and the repairing result was good at 12-week after surgery in the experiment group which is obviously superior to the single xenogenein bone in quantity and quality of new bone formation. Conclusion inbred line small-ear pig of BanNa os integumentale combined with rhBMP-2/bFGF had a active biological character . they were one of the better methods of valuation activation of cortical Xenograft with tetracycline-lable treacing,Chinese ink perfusion . |
