| Objective: To study the anti-tumor action of Ling-qi capsule and conclude its mechanism.Methods: Establish mice bearing neoplasm (S180 cell line) as the experimental tumor models. The mice were randomly divided into six groups: high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group of Ling-qi capsule. models control group,positive control group, and Ling-qi capsule add CYT group.Every mice was fed with drugs. After giving drugs for 11 days,the mice were killed all. Record the changing of the mice body weight before and after drug treatment. After weighing the neoplasm block, calculate the inhibition rate of the anti-tumor and calculate the coefficient of thymus and the coeffcient of spleen. Then the tumor tissues were fixed with formal -dehyde. through the immunohistochemistry way measure the expression intensity of bFGF,MMP-2 and MMP-9. After the treatment of H&E staining, observe the tumor tissue.Result: Ling-qi capsule can significantly inhibit the growth of the neoplasm of the mice bearing neoplasm. The inhibitory rate is 25.99%, 46.26%, 35.68%, Ling-qi capsule obviously inhibit tumor without losing weight and influencing immune organs. Ling-qi capsule can obviously inhabit the expression of bFGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 of the neoplasm block of the all mice bearing neoplasm. Conclusion: Ling-qi capsule have the action of anti-tumor.The mechanism may be inhibit the growth of vascular, and increasing immune functoin of the mice. |
