| Since the 1980s , with the ageing of population and manifolding of chronic diseases, the limited hygeian resource hasn't satisfied the increasingly incremental healthy need of the people, though medication and other therapeutic instrument are changing with each passing day. The fleetly expanding of medical treatment outlay has been a heavy burden, which has influenced the development of hygeian career of every nation. Consequently, how to choose the drugs that have better effect and lower cost among numerous therapeutic drugs, is a question that all the country, organization, medical treatment unit, family and individual face with. As a burgeoning marginal subject, the pharmacoeconomics emerge as the times require.First of all, the disquisition introduces the basal knowledge of pharmacoeconomics as the methodological base of the topic for study. It includes the definiens, research object, research process, research factor, primary parameter and research methods, in which the definiens, index, applied condition, advantage and disadvantage of cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-utility analysis and cost-minimization analysis are the major contents.Secondly, the disquisition introduces the diagnosis and therapy method of Chinese medicine and Western medicine of paediatric acute upper respiratory infection as the professional knowledge base of the topic for study.Thirdly, the disquisition introduces the study content of the topic. Objective: To make a cost-effectiveness analysis of three regimens for treatment of paediatric acute upper respiratory infection, then choose the regimen with better effectiveness and economical efficiency and hope to direct the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: On the basis of the past clinical events, 109 cases with paediatric acute upper respiratory infection (herbalist doctors think it is cold due to wind and heat) from The First Adjunctive Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into three groups. Group I (27 cases) is traditional Chinese drug group. Group II (37 cases) is western medicine group. Group III (45 cases) is traditional Chinese drug+ western medicine group. The results of three regimens were analyzed and compared with each other by cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomical methods. Results: The effectiveness and economical efficiency of group III was superior to that of other two groups, and group II was better than group I . Conclusion: Among three regimens for treatment of paediatric acute upper respiratory infection, the regimen of group III is optimal and the regimen of group II is superior to group I .Because of the influence of realistic factors, the conclusion is only the reference to the clinical use of drugs. |
