| Three contents about the chemical oscillating reaction were studied in this study:The concentration of each reactant and the affect factors of the Belousov—Zhabotinskii chemical oscillating system have been investigated. There are three kinds of antibiotic medicines on the Belousov—Zhabotinskii Oscillating Reaction. A analytical method for the determination has been found. The possible mechanisms of the oscillatory reaction with existing antibiotic medicines have been discussed, also. A analytical method has been proposed for the determination of antibiotic medicines by the perturbation caused different amounts on the Belousov—Zhabotinskii oscillating chemical system.The oscillating amplititude can be perturbed by the adding of ceftriaxone sodium, the change of the oscillating amplititude is linearly proportional to the concentration of ceftriaxone sodium in the rang of 4.0×10-6—1.0×10-4 mol·L-1, and the related coefficient is 0.9961. The change of the oscillating period is linearly proportional to the concentration of ceftriaxone sodium in the rang of 2.5×10-6—5.0×10-5 mol·L-1, and the related coefficient is 0.9854. The oscillating amplititude can be perturbed by the adding of amoxicillin sodium, also. The changes of the oscillating amplititude is linearly proportional to the concentration of amoxicillin sodium in the rang of 3.0×10-6—5.0×10-6 mol·L-1 and 5.0×10-6 - 4.5×10-5mol·L-1, and the related coefficients are 0.9899 and 0.9903. The changes of the oscillating period is linearly proportional to the concentration of amoxicillin sodium in the rang of 3.0×10-6—5.0×10-6 mol·L-1, and the related coefficient is 0.9838. The oscillating amplititude can be perturbed by the adding of streptomycin. The change of the oscillating amplititude is linearly proportional to the concentration of streptomycin in the rang of 4.0×10-7—1.0×10-4 mol·L-1, and the related coefficient is 0.9907.A type of chemical oscillatory reaction system of galactose—KBrO3—MnSO4-actone—H2SO4 was studied. The additives were including chlorine ion, peroxide and silver nitrate etc. The inductory phase was obtained and the possible mechanism of oscillatory reaction was analysed.The chemical oscillatory reaction system of glucose — KBrO3 - MnSO4 - Act — H2SO4 was studied. The initial concentraction of each reactant and the tempreture were investigated. The additives were including chlorine ion, peroxide and silver nitrate etc. The inductory phase was obtained and the possible mechanism of oscillatory reaction was analysed. The differences of the two glucides in the chemical structure and activation were discussed. These results provided some basic datas for the studies of the chemical oscillating reacton and the biology chemical activity. |
