Produced during mutual action of light and material, Raman spectroscopy is a kind of testing method which use inelastic scattering light. Raman spectroscopy could identify and delimitate different physical configurations from the spectrum of molecular vibrations. As the development of Surface-enhance Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and near-field Raman spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy has been gradually applied to the detection of cancer tissue and the diagnosis of disease. But the research has been in the experimental stage at present, and it is still required to accumulate a large number of spectrum data, establish the quantitative and qualitative standards, in order to reach the stage of clinical diagnosis.According to the above problem, firstly, the parameters which are related to the laser-excited of Raman spectrum and SERS are studied in this paper. Secondly, the conceptual research is introduced and named as Raman Intelligence Scalpel, which could identify cancer tissue in clinical manipulation rapidly and accurately. Thirdly, the system setup of Raman Intelligence Scalpel is put forward by the Sagnac-type Fourier transform spectrometer. At last, the signals of Raman spectrum could be extracted from the white rat's serum in the experiment, and the experimental result indicates that it's feasible to extract characteristic signals of Raman spectrum from cancer tissue.
