Electroencephalogram,as one of secure, untraumatic medicine test methods,has got very important application value in heap cerebral nerve and organizational sickness uniform diagnose such as falling sickness, encephalitis, disturbance of consciousness and so on. Research on detection, analysis and process of electroencephalogram is one of the front research areas in physiology, information science and nonlinear science, etc.The signal amplification, filter, analysis and process of early brain electrographic recording instrument was based on analog signal processing theory. Recent years, with the fast development of computer software and hardware technique, digital signal processing technique and color imaging technique, Electroencephalograph is developing to the automatic, fast, visual-graphics, intellectualized, multifunctional and portable direction.In this item, by adopting contemporary advanced technique including digital signal processing, larger scale circuit design, computer, visual graphics technology and nonlinear dynamics theory, a high performance, high accuracy and multi-functional digital brain electro diagnosis and tutelage apparatus will be developed. It has many interesting characteristics regarding beautiful interface, easy operation, handiness, stabilization, credibility and quick diagnose, etc. The research includes hard circuit design and software development. This dissertation is major in the former.EEG is very faint, so it is very important that how to design a low noise, high CMRR, high sensitivity, high fidelity and anti-interference amplification circuit. Based on research on theory of faint signal amplification and detection, this paper placed emphasis upon analysis of all kinds of noises and disturbances in course of EEG detection, and put forward corresponding measurements. Using study conjunction methods of circuit software simulation and experimentation, this paper designed a kind of preamplifier, which had noble circuit architecture.
