Research Of Consonant Pronunciation Characters Of Spastic Dysarthria In Cerebral Palsy Patients

Object:To research the consonant pronunciation characters of spastic dysarthria in cerebralpalsy patients and supply theory evidences for the rehabilitation program.Methods:28 cerebral palsy patients with spastic dysarthria were examined by dysarthria examination scale( developed by China rehabilitation research center). We recorded the whole process of the tests in door by cool edit pro record software. All the recorded files were sent to speech laboratory of Chinese department of Ji Nan University and analyzed by listening team which consists of linguist expects. Praat4 articulation analyze software was used to evaluate the pronunciation according to the pronunciation criteria of"experiment phonology. After that we counted the error rate of 21 consonants and summarize the characteristics of error articulation.Results:1.Divide consonants according to the place of articulation ,The inaccuracy rates of sixkinds of error consonants(labial, dentals, apical, blade-palatal, palatal, velars) were20.54%, 71.43%, 52.68%, 71.43%, 53.57% and 35.71%.2.Divide consonants according to the manner of articulation , The inaccuracy rates oferror consonants were stop 36.91%, affricate 63.70%, fricative 58.33%, nasal21.42%,lateral 64.29%; aspirated consonant 57.47%, non-aspirated consonant 42.85%.3.The composing rates of three kinds of inaccuracy consonants (substition, ommisionand deviation) were 67.68%,22.22% and 10.10%.Conclusions:Summarize the characters of spastic dysarthria in cerebral palsy patients.
