Objective: To evaluate the CT represents of the diseases in orbit. Methods: All the 110 cases of diseases in orbit had been confirmed by operation and/or pathology, and their CT represents were studied and compared carefully. Results: 1, 15 of 16 cases of Retinoblastoma showed lumps with calcifications in eyeball. 1 case of Coat's disease showed the high density in eyeball. 3 cases of malignant melanoma showed soft lumps joined with the wall in the eyeball. 2 , 24 cases of idiopathic inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociate edges of that were sharp. 4 cases were granulomatous inflammation filling up the orbit with soft tissue. One case of the chronic dacryocystitis and dacryopericystitis showed a lump in the dacryocyst. One case of orbital cellulites showed the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge. All the cases of idiopathic inflammatory pseudotumor and other inflammation diseases with or without eye-ring incrassation after fisher's exact test, P=0.004<0.05, the difference between the two groups had statistic significance. 3, 8 of 10 cases of cavernous hemangioma were situated in central space; 5 of 6 cases of mixed hemangioma and 1 cases of venous angioma showed unshaped soft mass, the formers surrounding the adjacent tissue structure, the latter with calcify; 2 cases of varix...
