And to explore the effect of the inhibitory on the Ho-8910 cell in vitro when amifostine works with the different chemistry . To study about the different effects on the gene expression of bcl-2 and bax of the Ho-8910 cell in vitro when the different chemistry works alone or work with amifostine . From the above, it is learned that the molecule chemistiarism about chemistry when working with amifostine. To study whether the amifostine has protection to bone marrow cell and study about the poison of this medicine itself. At last to summary the chemotherapy effection of the amifostine in vitro when it is used with different chemistries and the protection to the bone marrow.MethodsMethod of MTT is used to evaluate the effects on the growing of Ho-8910 cell of the control groups and the amifostine groups . And this method is used to test respectively the different inhibitory of Ho -8910 cell with different chemistry such as CCP,VP-16,MMC and VCR to see the different results when we use them with or without 600mg·l-1 amifostine into the control group 30minutes before putting the chemistry . The method of immunity cell chemistry is used to test the different effects of the gene expression of bcl-2 and bax of Ho-8910 when CCP,VP-16,MMC and VCR are used alone or used with amifostine . MNT is used to investigate the differences of the little rats'marrow's MNF when they are injected amifostine or not. To learn about the differences of the little rats'marrow's MNF when the one group are injected amifostine 30min before being injected CCP,VP-16,MMC and VCR but the other group are only injected CCP,VP-16,MMC and VCR respectively.ResultsThere is no difference between the group which are only rejected amifostine and the group which are not rejected (P>0.05) . And there is no difference between the amifostine groups which are put amifostine before being put chemistry and the control groups which are only put the chemistry (P>0.05) . There is no difference on the gene expression of bcl-2 and bax of the Ho-8910 cell in vitro when the amifostine works alone or with the different chemistry (P>0.05) . There is no difference of the little rats'marrow's MNF when they are injected amifostine or not (P>0.05) .
