Followling the development of health service, people find much disease show up metergasis before transform of anatomic structure. The CT and MRI which regard the anatomic structure as foundation,can not find these disease. But PET can react endosomatic function and metabolic condition from molecular level and which can study endosomatic dextroglucose, protein fatty acid and endosomatic distribution of receptor dynamicly and find diseased region, to achieve the purpose of earlier period diagnose and therapy promptly. PET-CT is the organism–combination of morphous image-technique and function- technique,it can gain the information of morphous and function from one time- picture and reach the complementation of the two technique,it elevate greatly specificity and accuratissime, especially in the aspect of diagnose and therapition this effect is much obvious than simple PET or CT. Because PET-CT use nuclide nuclear decomposition which emission ray to image.,and it inevitably made onising radiation to related personnel. This article research the radition dose of related personnel.Because the half life of nuclide which PET-CT use is breves,it must product locus in quo that use circular accelerator .Moreover the ray-energy it emission , body distribution,the process of metabolism kinetics, physical half life ,biologic half-life is different with radioactive nuclide which atomic medicine use previously。These request us to measure and research the radition dose of related personnel, according to forthcoming condition to adjust protective measure, to achieve optimizing.The dose measure of related personnel of PET-CT Center not only conside radiation source external exposure to body and internal exposure which is producted by the RN of entering body as radiation source, but also conside he RN is a new .The extent involve the measure of professional exposure of staff, the measure of medical exposure of patient, make the measure of the public exposure to ensure atomic medicine work -place surrounding and environmental safe . According to radiation protection theory, three category exposed dose measurement all are related which are divided depend on different object. Besides the three category exposed which atomic medical practice originate,we must guard against radiation accident in the atomic medical practice. The measure and analyze of patientWhen the patient injection thermoluminescence meter is worn in front of the chest,at the time of he leaving TL meter is resumed . TL meter is worn in front of the chest of the patient who no-injection ,and t o measure radiation dose between the patients, then use TL -instrument to measure emit light quantity. Emit light quantity is reformed as absorbed dose according to marked equation. Using PM1621 personal dosimeter measure the diversity of body surface absorbed dose rate when the patient resting.From the result we can know that the surface absorbed dose which single 18F product is 13.41 mGy,and according to related laws and regulations to medical exposure and request of dose about medical internal exposure drug exposeding body inject such doseing 18F—FDG is feasible。Aim directly at diffent patient, s individual difference, appropriatly select utilizable and proper dosage ,and made the exposure that patient recepting is lest dose which correspond the reqest of picture quality. Not only patient wait for scanning after injecting drug but also leaving PET—CT center to publical circumstance, it is consided a non-block active source, we should contral it(the people who accept PET—CT examination.The measure and analyze of injection nursethermoluminescence meter is worn in front of the chest to measure absorbed dose of body in the PET-CT center .After air tighting TL slice, we paste it at the spot where digitus contact with injection syringe barrier to measure absorbed dose when the procession of injection. Using protective clothing dodge BH3103χ—γray cruise–measure instrument and to measure air kerma rate of the front of body surface of some critical organs, measure air kerma rate where the nurse located when the uptake room has one or two pations which consecut with moniter room (the bremsstrahlung that 511KeVγ-ray product at the time of quasi-balance air kerma approximatively regard as absorbed dose).From the result we can know that nurse whould exceed occupational personnel annual dose following increasing of work load. The exposure who accept principally come from the procession of injection , using syringe pump takeing shield which match with syringe will obviously lessen body exposure dose . At the same time drug transfer useing transfer-matic also can lessen exposure dose. Considering scatter ray broad beam hemi-layer value>5.0 mm lead equivalent, circular pot is added out of original injection protective device。It will also obviously lessen exposure dose. Inferior part of injection control centre add lead layer thickness will lessen the exposure dose of sensitive organs in the bythus. In the moniter room try best to add distance with the wall which is common with uptake room.And manipulation practiced,lessen the time of injection all can diminish exposure dose.The measure and analyze of pharmaceutistthermoluminescence meter is worn in front of the pharmaceutist ,s chest to measure body exposure dose. Using BH3103χ—γray cruise–measure instrument measure body surface when he take suction drug and the dose of work field when routine work.The result indicate that body exposure dose of pharmaceutist is not exceed dose limit about occupational personnel annual dose .Using auto- take suction system and transfer-matic system ,it not only obviously lessen the exposure dose of pharmaceutist but also measure activity series of drug is more accurate than artificial manipulation. When the drug product environment that he work is slightly highter than natural background, only remaining favourable airing is well.The measure and analyze of technician and physicianThe exposure of technician and physician accepted mainly come from patient who have injected radioactive drug. Every member wear thermoluminescence meter to measure body exposure dose.The result indicate that technician and physician accept exposure dose of is not exceed dose limit about occupational personnel annual dose. If physician deploy laselocalization system to positioning it whould degrade time of touch with active source (patient)and add a lead screen between the technician with patient to degrade exposure rate. About physician ,they should detailedly explain to patient that after he inject drug he will ;radiate others surround of him, and rigorously administ injected patient and fix TVCR to decrease time of injected patient touch with physician.The result of the project will provide some new evidence for the practice of protective work and staff .
