| Objective: Shenyang is the one city of serious harm by Hantavirus. Since first found HFRS patient in 1958, epidemic situation gradually spread, epidemic range is abroad and harm is serious, HFRS is become an important public health problem.In order to hold HFRS'epidemic rule, control HFRS'incidence, decline death, analyze the epidemic trend of HFRS in ShenYang from 1984 to 2006. It can provide information for instituting effective prevention measure.Methods:1. Trough using infectious disease report forms in the city of ShenYang from 1984 to 2006, the data of population in ShenYang and HFRS'inspection data, collect the distribution characteristics of place, season and person, the composing and density of host animals types, the carry virus rate of rat,the level of antibody in healthy population and so on.2. Trough using the descriptive study, EXCEL form and SPSS11.0, complete the settlement and analysis of data. Using the rate and proportion, dynamic series complete the description. Using linear correlation and regression complete the correlation and forecast analysis.Results:1. HFRS'average incidence rate by year is 5.17/100000 in the city of ShenYang from 1984 to 2006, average mortality rate by year is 0.035/100000, fatality rate is 3.25%.2. Distribution in season of HFRS in 80's present obvious single apex, the peak seasons are winter and spring. There is slight change in 90's . The peak seasons are spring and summer after 2000.3. There are 13 districts and county (city) happen the HFRS in wholecity. Patients centralize on suburb in 80's and there is change of epidemic rule in 90's, average incidence rate in cantonal ascend along with time gone. The incidence rate in suburb declines.4. HFRS happens in all age group, but the patients were centralized at 20~49years old. Male to female ratio was 4.73to 1 among the patients. The patients mainly are farmers, then students, workers and cadres.5. Average density of rat in residential area from 1984 to 2006 is 7.00%.It mainly is R.norvegicus. Average density of rat in field is 8.57%,it mainly is A.agrarius. There is obvious difference in average density of rat in residential area and field. There is obvious ascendant trend in density of rat in residential area, but average density of rat in field present obvious decline trend. The carry virus rate of rat in residential area is 6.48%,average carry virus index is 6.73;The carry virus rate of rat in field is2.98%,average carry virus index is 5.05. There is obvious difference in the carry virus rate of rat in residential area and field. There is obvious ascendant trend in the carry virus rate of rat in residential area, but carry virus rate of rat in field present obvious decline trend.6. Average recessive infection rate in healthy population is 2.53%.7. There is positive correlation between incidence rate and density of rat. There is also positive correlation between incidence rate and carry virus index, and there is no correlation among the recessive infection rate and incidence rate, density of rat, carry virus index.Conclusions:1. HFRS'incidence rate in the city of ShenYang from 1984 to 2006 fluctuate in the high level. There is high wave in curve of incidence rate, it is present the"middle→1ow→middle"trend. The type of epidemic section is change to mixture type.2. HFRS'incidence rate in cantonal ascend. suburb and country. The patients mainly are farmers, but the incidence rate of housework and waiting work persons ascend.3. The carry virus rate of rat in residential area is higher than that of field. The density of rat in residential area and the carry virus rate ascend. It is clue to the epidemic situation in residential area is serious. There is positive correlation between incidence rate and density of rat, there is alsopositive correlation between incidence rate and carry virus index. |
