| [Background and Objective]As one of the malignant tumors, gastric carcinoma(GC) is a severe threat to people's health. Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), is common in China and it is one of the most common gastric precancerous states, especially CAG accompanied with intestinal metaplasia (IM) and dysplasia (DYS). The development of histology in gastric carcinoma include: chronic superficial gastritis (CSG),CAG, IM, DYS and GC, so the study of pathogenesy in CAG is important in theory and clinic. Helicobater polyri (Hp) is regarded as the first bacterium of I category carcinogens by International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) . Some infaust hobbies such as smoking and alcohol can make us risk gastric carcinoma. However, we still can not get the concrete mechanism of why those risk factors can lead to gastric carcinoma. Maybe the harmful substance damage DNA of gastric mucosa and break the balance of epithelial cell apoptosis and generation, then induce carcinoma as above procedure. The fragile histidine triad (FHIT) gene is located at the FRA3B site of chromosome 3p14.2, it has recently been proposed as a tumor suppressor gene. FHIT gene deletions or aberrant transcripts have been identified in a variety of human malignancies, especially malignancies that related with environmental carcinogenic... |
