Objective: To explore the changes of QRS combined date and myocardial enzymes during ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits, and observe the changes of ST segment and T wave of lead II ,and arrhythmias. Methods: The models of ischemia-reperfusion were made by ligating the left circumflex territory for 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min and then reperfusion them for 60min. The sham-operated control was designed. The changes of the QRS combined date, ST segment and T wave and rises of arrhythmias about electrocardiogram of lead II were observed. Meanwhile, the activity of serum myocardial enzymes were measured. Results: 1) QRS combined date: The QRS combined date was higher significantly in the group of ischemia 40min and reperfusion 60min than the sham-operated control, the groups of ischemia 10min, 20min and reperfusion 60min. 2) T wave: T wave had not obvious change. 3) ST segment: The changes of ST segment were clearly observed during the process of ischemia: apparent elevation in 26 habbits, depression in 2 and no change in 2. Depression of ST segment of 21 cases was more than 0.2 mV in reperfusion 60min, but ST segment of 2 cases elevated again more than 0.1 mV. 4 cases had no change, 2 cases were normal and 1 case was depressed. 3) Arrhythmias: Two cases respectively died of sinus...
