Studies On Immunoregulatory Function And Composition Analysis Of Agrocybe Cylindracea Extract (ACE)

Agrocybe Cylindracea, a new type edible fungus, is welcomed deeply in market because of its delicious taste and fragrant smell. It is a kind of umbrella fungus with high edible value.Among the extract of Agrocybe Cylindracea, the protein , crude fat, ash, carbohydrate accounted for 29.5% ,0.16%,16.1%,46.22% of dry weight, respectively. The polysaccharide content was 43.6% in the crude extractions.Among the protein of Agrocybe Cylindracea, there were 17 kinds of amino acids .The Essential Amino Acid content was 27.9% in the total amino acids.There almost were 60 kinds of volatile matters in the extract of Agrocybe Cylindracea, including organic acid, alcohol, ketone, hydroxybenzene, aldehyde, ester, pyrrole, pyrazine and so on, which composed the volatile sweet matters of Agrocybe Cylindracea.The extract of Agrocybe Cylindracea was rich in metal elements, including calcium(3.607mg/g), magnesium(3.021mg/g), zincum(79.3μg/g), iron(79.2μg/g).They were poor in deleterious heavy metals, for example, plumbum(0.91μg/g) and arsenic(0.41μg/g).Consequently, Agrocybe Cylindracea was a high protein , low fat edible fungus which contained many kinds of volatile sweet matters, mineral substances and active polysaccharides.It was found in this experiment that the ACE could promote the differentiation and hyperplasia of T-cell, and strengthen the DTH in which T-cell participated; promote the swallowing ability of Mφ-cell in vivo of experimental mouse; increase the quantity of PFC. APE hadn't remark able effect on the activity of NK-cell .The experiment results also indicated that the ACE could obviously inhibit the mouse's tumor from growing. It is could restrain the growing of transplant sarcoma by 29.9%; prevent the increasing of weight-growing rate of mouse bearing S180 tumor by 22.7%, decrease the division index of ascitese tumor cells by 32.2%; increase the numbers of WBC, which depressed by CP, by 20.1%.Based on immunoregulation and the antitumor effect of Agrocybe Cylindracea extract which mentioned above, the ACE can be regarded as immunity adjusting agent and the assistant agent of tumor patient's radiotherapy and chemotherapy in clinical, It can estimate that Agrocybe Cylindracea extract, possesses the wide applicable foreground in medicine, foodstuff and health protection industry.
