Objective: A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of 9 heibicides in soybean and rice samples was developed and evaluated.The 9 heibicides were Metsulfuron,Chlorsulfuron,Bensulfuron-methyl, tribenuron-methyl,pyrazosulfuron-ethyl,acifiuorfen,fenoxaprop,oxyfluorfen, fluoroglycofen-ethyl.Method: The analytical procedure involved in shaked extraction of the grinded samples with acetonitrile, purification using a c18 column and the separation and quantitative analysis by reverse phase HPLC. The chromatographic conditions including the composition , proportion and the pH of mobile phase, column temperature,flow rate, detected wavelength were investigated. The final optimized chromatographic conditions: analytical column: C18 (phenomenex,USA,5μm, 250×4.6mm); mobile phase:acetonitrile-the hydrochloric acid of triethylamine(pH3.0);flow rate:0.70ml/min; gradient elution: from 55% acetonitrile at 0 min linearly up to 60% acetonitrile at 10min, from 60% acetonitrile at 10.0 min linearly up to 80% at 20min, 80% acetonitrile until the analytic period end;column temperature: 40℃;wavelength shifts: 230nm fiom 0 min to 13.0 min,210nm from 13.0 min to the analytic period end.Results: The range of correlation coefficients of standard curves is 0.9953~ 0.9997.The relative standard deviations ranged from 3.8% to 18.3%.
