An In Vitro Study On The Adhesive Strength Between Three Different Prefabricated Posts And Three Different Nonmetal Core Materials

Along with the use of prefabricated post, retention of the core material is one of the most significant factors which affect the success of restoration. There are so many posts and core materials which can be used, but there are few reports offer us information about the different posts retention of different core materials. Further more, Many factors in mouth will affect the performance of resin to make it aging. This may affect the long-time clinical performance of prefabricated posts and cores.The aim of this research paper is: to compare the retention of three different posts to four different cores; to compare the retention before and after thermal cycling; and to summarize and improve the methodology of model and testing studies of post and core based on the former literature.In this research, Two groups of posts are prepared as prefabricated fiber post and metal post.
