| Objective: To explore the effect of astragalus menbranaceus injection on rat neutronphil function during acute lung injury. Methods: Twenty four SD rats were divided into four groups at radom ,contral group,small dose of astragalus membraneaceus group,large dose of astragalus membraneaceus group, acute lung injury group. CD18,CD62L expressions were measured by flow cytometry. IL-6 and TNF-α production were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: astragalus membraneaceus group, acute lung injury group.
