With the development of community health service (CHS) in urban area of Yunnan Province, cities community health service compensation mechanism of Yunnan province has been established. It becomes an important research task of reinforcing the management of CHS institutions admittance, collocating its personnel and equipment in reason and accelerating it consummate its main function . This study is based on adequately retrospecting concerned literature , has investigated 123 managers and missionaries in six CHS institutions of Wuhua district a of Kunming city, Qilin district of Qujing city, Hongta distict and Tonghai county of Yuxi city, Kaiyuan city of Honghe State. The author tried to find out the actuality of the holistic personnel in the six CHS institutions. The result indicates: The collocating status of personnel in the six CHS institutions is not very good. As a whole ,the amount of personnel is lacking and the making of personnel is low. The sanitary service which the six CHS institutions offered is accordingly not good. It concretelyc represents: (1) Average each thousand people possess of only 0.526 sanitary personnel; (2)The educational level of personnel is low, more than 50% personnel graduated from senior high school or technical secondary school.; (3) Primary person with ability is the majority, advanced person with ability is lack. The primary person with ability exceeds 50%; (4)The personnel in the six CHS institutions cann't offer good sanitary service; (5) The sanitary service demand of local denizen cann't be satisfied by the CHS institutions.The author put forward the following suggestions to solve the above-mentioned problem: (1) Govemment should establish an educating and cultivating system of general practitioner as soon as possible; (2) Government should establish an assessing...
