| Objective : To study the changes on contents of dopamine D2 receptor after morphine abstinent, and effects of extremely low-frequency electromagnectic field (ELFEF) on dopamine D2 receptor .Methods : 42 male SD rats were used. The rat model of the control group (group A , n=6 ) and the study group (n=36 ) was established . The study group was divided into two groups , the simple morphine dependence group (group B, n=18) and morphine dependence group managed by ELFEF (group C, n=18) randomly . Immunohistochemical method was used to test the contents of dopamine D2 receptor in ventral prefrontal cortex area, which was in the end of 1st , 3rd and 5th day after morphine abstinent. The gray scale values of contents was tested. Results: The gray scale values in the study group were higher than those in the control group , the difference being significant (p<0.05) except the 5th day after morphine abstinent of group B. The gray scale values were reducing gradually in the subgroup of group B and C , the difference being significant (p<0.05). Compared with group B , the gray scale values in relevant subgroup of group C were higher , and difference was significant in the 1st day after morphine abstinent, but there was no significant difference in the 3rd and 5th day(p>0. 05).Conclusions: (1).To morphine depended rat , the contents of dopamine D2 receptor in ventral prefrontal cortex area were declined than the normal rat, but they were increasing after abstinent. (2)To rat managed by ELFEF (20Hz, HOG), the contents of dopamine D2 receptor in ventral prefrontal... |
