PART ONEDynamic changes and clinical significance of the cervical spinal canal in healthyindividuals with kinematic MRIOBJECTIVEAnatomic character of the cervical spine results in the dynamic changes of cervical canal during motion, which some scholars have studied in vitro. The objective of this study is to assess quantificationally the dynamic changes of spinal canal and the cervical cord in healthy individuals by measuring the diameter of spinal canal, the diameter of the cervical cord and the ratio of the cervical cord to spinal canal, and to demonstrate the potential compressing factors of spinal canal.
