Research Object:Brachial plexus injury represents severe and disabled, of which clinical diagnosis and treatment is global problem.Now approach of surgical treatment for brachial plexus injury mostly is never transpositioning and reconstructing function. Compared with upper and whole brachial plexus injury, approach of surgical treatment for lower brachial plexus injury is more limited .All aim is retrieving function of hand in effect at early.,on the contrary, various kinds of surgical treatment are insufficient to deal with retrieving the prehension function of hand. By anatomic study, we can invest the course character of musculocutaneous nerve(MCN) branch to brachialis muscle, and measure its length and width ;By histochemical study ,we can run to quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis of never fibers of MCN branch to brachialis muscle .Basing on above study,we design a type of surgery that reconstruct inflexional function of thumb and finger by selective MCN branch to brachialis muscle...
