To clarify the effect of the balance of proinflammatory/anti-inflammatory and immune state in the process of MODS.Methods: Animal model was established by double-hit, which were composed of gut ischemia-reperfusion injury and intraperitoneal administration of zymosan. 39 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, 15 rats in sham operation group and 24 rats in model group.
