Objectives: To screen highly potent PDs and study the cardioprotective effects of G20Methods:Part 1: An isolated heart IR model of rat was used to screen 5 candidated PDs with their pharmacological activities. The model was establshed by LAD ligation for 30 min before the heart was reperfused for 1 h. CF and HR were observed during the IR period. At the end of reperfusion, the infarct size of left ventricle was calculated.Part 2: An in vivo rat model of MI was used. The serum levels of LDH, CK, AST, SOD, and MDA, as well as infarct size of left ventricle were determined and the changes of ECG were observed.Part 3: An in vivo rabbit model of MIRI was established by the left ventricular anterior branch occlusion for 30 min and then reperfusion for 60 min. Indexes of cardiac function and activities of LDH, CK, AST in serum were monitored at various intervals throughout the experiment, and infarct size of left ventricle was determined at the end of reperfusion.
