PART ONEEXPRESSION OF CYCLOOXYGENASE-2 AND VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR-C IN BREAST CANCER AND THE RELATIONSHIP IN LYMPHATIC METASTASISObjective : To investigate the expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in human breast cancer tissue and the relationship in lymphatic metastasis.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C proteins in cases which including 12 cases of mammary fibroma ,35 cases of mammary Cystic hyperplasia(7 cases ofâ… stage,16 cases ofâ…¡stage and 12 cases ofâ…¢stage), and 45 cases of breast cancer.
