An Experimental Study Of Influences Of JianPiZhiXie Mixture On Lipid Per Oxidation Of The Diarrhea Young Rats Of Spleen Asthenia Type

Object: To analyze the relation between the pathology of the diarrhea disease and lipid per oxidation (LPO) ,and observe the effects of the Chinese medical preparation JianPiZhiXie mixture(JZM) on the diarrhea young rats of spleen asthenia type. Meanwhile, the mechanism of the function of JZM is studied in order to provide experimental evidence for its clinical application.Method: the ICR diarrhea young rats of spleen asthenia type are established by pouring the liquid of folium scnnae into theirs stomachs. Then they are treated by JZM for 20 days. At last, the macroscopic index(stool, diet, weight and activities) and microscopic index(the content level of MDA and the activity of SOD) are measured.Result: Compared with the blank contract group, the rats in the model building group noticeably reduced in their diets and weights,(p<0.05), including the changing of stool. Compared with the natural covering group, the contents level of MDA decreased and the activity of SOD improvised. On the rats treated by JZM. There are marked difference between them(p<0.05 or p<0.01). There is no conspicuous differences between the groups treated by the different dose of JZM .Conclusion: JZM is an effective prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine to treat the infantile diarrhea of spleen asthenia type. It not only remarkably improved the whole condition of the model building rats, but also decreased the contents level of MDA and improvised the activity of SOD. From macroscopic index and microscopic index points and views, the experiment indicates the superiority of JZM in treating diarrhea disease.
