| Objective:To study and explore the clinical curative effect and active mechanism of Heidihuang Wan in treating chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:1.60 cases of CRF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:30 cases were treated Heidihuang Pill and 30 cases were treated Shenkangning .2.Combine the case-control study of animal experiment. Result:1.Heidihuang Wan can not only alleviate symptoms of the patients effectively but also improve anemia and the renal function of the patients dramatically. The total efficiency of treatment group is 93.33%,which is better than that of control group(73.33%)significantly.2.The experiment revealed Heidihuang Wan can restrain the crescendo-developed mechanism of CRF,which is achieved by reducing TGFβ1.It can also lighten glomerular sclerosis,inhabit sclerosis.All these proved that Heidihuang Wan possess the quality of protecting renal function. Conclusion:Heidihuang Wan can impede the crescendo-developed mechanism of CRF from various target points,protect renal function,improve the patients,s life qualities,thereby delay the time before entering dialysis therapy.Heidihuang Wan is an efficient recipe for CRF. |
