Research On Mechanism Of XiaoChaiHuTang'DaoYinFa' And Clinical Application

In order to probe into the mechanism of XiaoChaiHuTang on treating different disease,we have investigated vast ancient and modern medical literature ,then put forword a TCM doctrine ,XiaoChaiHuTang'DaoYinFa',which based on the ideology of'Treatment on the Basis of Syndrome Differentiation'in TCM traditional theory.XiaoChaiHuTang has effect on ShaoYangDanFu and SanJiao by regulating their function respectively,running ShuJi movement, hormanizing Qi movement of upward,downward,inward and outward. XiaoChaiHuTang makes body resume the state of equilibrium in Yin and Yang and cures the ailment accordingly.Meanwhile the essence of XiaoChaiHuTang's effect is thoroughly clarified. We consider that XiaoChaiHuTang's ZangFu foundations are ShaoYangDanFu and SanJiao and it operates through hormanizing Qi movement of upward,downward,inward and outward.In conclusion we point out the clinical significance of XiaoChaiHuTang'DaoYinFa'. Furthermore the clinical application of XiaoChaiHuTang'DaoYinFa'in different diseases are particularly discussed and its application boundary is demarcated scientifically.
