| Ojective: To study the clinical effect and its influnencing factors of ORIF of displaced both-column fractures of acetabulum. Methods: 12 cases of displaced acetabular both-column were performed X-ray sheet, CT and 3D-CT to determine the diagnosis. All the cases were fixed by reconstruction plates and screws through combined ilioinguinal and Kocher-Langenbeck approaches. Result: 12 cases were followed up for 6 months-6 years, with an averge of 2 years. According to Matta′s criteria, 9(75%)excellent and good, 2(16.7%)fairs,1(8.3%)poor.The complications inculded traumatic arthritis, sciatic nerver injury, heterotopic ossification and avascular necrosis of femoral head. Conclusion: Clinical analysis of the cases showed that ORIF was a better option for the patients with displaced both-column fractures of acetabulum. Its clinical outcome was closely related with the extent of injury and experience of surgeons. |
